Lagrimus EF – Organic fir tree syrup

According to a traditional Pyrenean recipe from our elders, the fir tree syrup is the results of a long maceration of Abies alba fir tree cones in sugar.
The attack on the palate reveals notes of red berries (blueberries, wild strawberries, blackberries, …) followed by mentholated scents of high mountain.
You can also simply add it in a preparation with red and black fruits (strawberry soup).
