Earth first. The tireless entrepreneur with a Sicilian heart
Orsola, Export Manager of the company, represents Galardo both in Italy and abroad. One of the first oil sommeliers in Sicily, she obtained a master’s degree in Manager of Wine Companies with a particular focus on Sicilian oils at the University of Palermo.
Former councilor of NAYF (National Association of Young Farmers) and administrator of Galardo, Orsola takes all the decisions regarding the oil production cycle, from harvesting to milling to bottling. He monitors the health and ripeness of the olives, coordinates his team during the harvest, comparing himself with his right shoulder, Giuseppe Senior, if necessary.
He loves to personally welcome passionate visitors from all over the world to the company in a continuous exchange of different cultures and traditions. He supervises every single national and international expedition.
